This has been the 1 place i go to on Vegas for breakfast/brunch. I've been here many times, however; this the absolute BEST food I've ever had. Eggs Benedict is one of the things I always order when I go to a breakfast place. This BY FAR was the BEST ever! The procuitto was not sparce. A full half of a BIG avocado. And they did not disappoint. The hollandaise sauce had a hint of lemon. The egg was perfectly poached. The procuitto was not scarce. Literally a flavor explosion with every bite. My hubby had the frittata and he said it was the "fluffiest eggs" he's ever had. I couldn't taste it due to my allergy to raw tomatoes but it was a beautiful dish to look at. Like I said earlier this is not my first rodeo here I've had Billy before. Ian was very sweet and attentive. I would highly recommend this place!

I was excited to try this restaurant. Decor was nice. Maybe due to going during lunch, it was not crowded at all. Felt a little empty. Waiter was super friendly and had great suggestions. Very attentive and personal. Made our visit enjoyable. Food was tasty. I did enjoy my shrimp pasta and cocktail. Sat by the window to see the crowds walking around too.

I am mind blown that the yelp rating is not higher on this restaurant...the food here is amazing. Arrived at 5 pm and they put us at a window seat facing the Bellagio fountains. We did not pay extra for this, but it was a slow night and I guess it was our lucky day. We had an older Italian gentleman wait on us, and he was amazing. Hub and I both ordered a wine, I had Rose and he had a Sauvignon blanc. We ordered the bread basket which I thought was huge..it came with pesto, lemon butter, olive oil and some red pepper and salt. All the breads were delicious. We decided to order the signature Giada dish..Lemon spaghetti with shrimp. Hub does not like shrimp and asked for a chicken substitute...which our waiter said was ok. The food came out and it was fantastic...Hub says best chicken ever in a restaurant and he loved the lemon spaghetti....i also loved my dish. Alas we had not room for dessert, but all the options looked beautiful...next time I will get dessert instead of the bread. Amazing meal, amazing service and a beautiful restaurant!!!

This is one of my favorite date night places in all of the land. I highly suggest making a reservation. If it is for a special occasion, you can pay $25 per person to guarantee a window seat with a view of the Bellagio fountains. We usually try a different appetizer every time. The Bacon Wrapped Dates have been the best so far. The star of the show here is the Cacio e Pepe Bucatini served in a warm pecorino toscano cheese wheel. I can't fully explain how delicious this dish is. Going forward, all dishes should be served in a cheese wheel you can eat. The service is solid, the table settings lovely, I will always come back here.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here. This was a good way to spend the occasion in an intimate setting with lower lighting that was perfect for dinner. The service was good with very attentive staff. My companion had the Italian spin on traditional Thanksgiving meal which included turkey. I had the salmon which was good, but a bit overcooked. Presentation of the food was nice.

A very intimate setting that's perfect for your date night which is exactly what my husband and I did whilst staying in town. Service feels superb when your server is well dressed, well spoken and nothing less of hospitable. Our table received attention all throughout the evening and our dishes served to us in well orchestrated fashion. The food is a symphony of vibrant flavors from a refreshing lemon spaghetti served with succulent prawns to our tiramisu with its rich chocolate and deep espresso in each bite. Our experience was sensational! "Thank you!"

This review is for our brunch experience. We are Giada fans and love anything and everything Italian. We did make a reservation but once we got there we found out that brunch is not their busiest time. Food was good but service was a little slow. The decor is nice, the servers are pleasant so you will be well take n care of but be prepared to spend some time here.

I always love Giada's and am never disappointed. We were seated by a window and had a lovely view overlooking the strip. Our server was gracious and knowledgeable. He guided us to a new favorite Super Tuscan wine- We dined in the rigatoni and the pappardelle dishes. Both had amazing flavors. For desert I opted for the espresso martini with did not disappoint!

This was the crescendo of our time in Vegas culinary-wise as we enjoyed an exquisite Italian dinner at Giada with a spectacular view of Caesars from across the street that lit up as day turned to night. Accessible through the escalators from The Cromwell Hotel casino downstairs, we were taken care of while we enjoyed our meal there with a dessert medley of love at its conclusion that had gluten-free options as well. Craft cocktails like the Bella Luna, Serpico, and their version of the espresso martini were dynamite and refreshing, with flavors that complimented what we ordered for dinner. The rigatoni was wonderful, while my wife enjoyed a gluten-free version of the lemon spaghetti with shrimp that was absolutely over the moon and made me food envious. The bacon-wrapped dates were very exquisite and piquant on the palate. But my favorite was the lobster ravioli that sent my palate into outer space with pleasure. Between the mini dessert items on the dessert medley that included a crème brulee and the apple crisp, this meal was absolutely dynamite, with the service being spot on. We were made to feel right at home during our meal at Giada.
